Face Mask / Caps

We offered a series of disposable face masks that delivers protection for industrial, cleanroom ,food, medical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and general use. With nonwoven polypropylene and ES composite materials in different tie on methods, our masks provide comfort and performance to facilitate users working inside different critical environment.

Manufacturing Process

The face masks manufacturing facility is a Class 10,000 cleanroom fully equipped with latest state-of-the-art high speed mask body/ribbon composition machines. The masks products will then be placed in UV room for bacteria and smell killing.

We also offer a special cleaning and processing service in Class 100 cleanroom. The masks pass through an air shower pass box for micro-contamination removal and then packaged under a Class 100 vertical laminar flow clean hood.
Gamma irradiation and ETO is available.
